2. CQC Mock inspection

​

I will become a CQC inspector at your practice for the day.

​

I will check:

​

• Policies & Procedures

• Maintenance/Service contracts

• Practice checklists/logs

• Staff files

• Risk assessments

• Audits

• Cross Infection

• COSHH

• Radiation

• Staff meetings

• General health & safety

 

I will provide you with a report and action plan following this visit.

 

Price £350

 

3. Implementation visits

​

After receiving your mock CQC report and action plan, you may wish to have me come back to your practice for implementation visits. Depending on how much there is to do, I will aim to visit around 2-4 times.

 

Price £400 per visit

4. Dental compliance maintenance

​

This typically consists of a monthly practice visit, followed by a feedback email which contains a compliance report and the admin completed after the practice visit.

​

During practice visits, I will:

• Check the daily and weekly activity of your staff

• Complete any upcoming audits and reviews

• Implement any required changes to ensure consistent compliance

• Host a staff meeting including any training aids necessary

• Provide a detailed monthly report to use as evidence of compliance for CQC inspections

Price: 1-3 surgery - £400

            4+ surgeries - £600

 

5. CQC inspection attendance

​

If you have been notified that your practice will be inspected by the CQC, please get in touch as soon as possible and I can assist you with the process.

 

Option 1:

 

If you know that you are behind on your compliance and you are in a state of panic, you may wish to choose this option.

I will:

• Attend for a mock CQC inspection within two days of you contacting me

• Create a report and action plan

• Implement the action plan

• Prepare the team for the day

• Implementation visits: 2-6 practice visits

• 1-2 remote sessions

Price: Practice visits £400 per visit

            Remote sessions £300 per session

​

Option 2:

 

I will:

• Attend for a mock CQC inspection within two days of you contacting me

• Create a report and action plan

• Prepare the team for the day

• Be available for advice leading to the inspection

Price: £600

 

CQC inspection attendance

In addition to either option above, I can host the inspection at your practice

 

Price: £500

 

6. NHS Infection Control Audit

​

I will:

• Carry out an infection control audit

• Prepare a plan for you to implement

• Be available for advice leading to the audit

​

Price: £400

 

In addition to this, I can carry out 1-2 implementation visits at £350 per visit

Attending the audit is an additional £300

 

Additional admin support:

• Completion of the DSP toolkit 

• Other managerial tasks as required
