I began my journey as a Trainee Dental Nurse in 2004 and qualified as a Dental Nurse in 2006. I also gained Dental Reception and treatment coordination experience. I discovered a talent for training the dental team and became a qualified Dental Nurse Tutor and Assessor in 2009. An opportunity arose alongside this, to gain experience as a Practice Manager/CQC Registered Manager. It was in this role that I discovered my love for all things compliance and when Covid hit and practices struggled to come to terms with the ever changing regulations, I decided to offer my support as a freelance Dental Compliance and Support Consultant.

I utilise my varied experience in Dental Practice to provide tailored compliance, training and managerial support. I like to build excellent relationships with the whole dental team and give the Dental Practice that peace of mind needed to enable them to concentrate on dentistry.
